Northwood Siteworks is a sitework subcontractor in the Greater Seattle area. We work for builders and general contractors on residential new construction — single-family homes and townhouses.
If it is sitework on a residential new construction project, it is ours. Demolition, excavation, and utilities are the backbone — the point is that a builder hires one sitework subcontractor, not three.

Our customers are builders and GCs, not homeowners. We plan around your permit dates, your inspections, and the framer coming behind us.
Side sewer included
Existing side sewer gets tied into; where there is not one, we install it. It does not turn into a separate scope and a separate subcontractor.

We work across the Greater Seattle area, so the crew and the equipment are already close to your lot.
